The question for everyone to answer is becoming obvious - where do you think your church is on such a life cycle? By yourself register your view on Slip 5.1 by drawing a circle or ellipse on the life cycle line and by writing down one or two basic words used above (or words of your own.) So two example of a possible Slip are

Then together collect all the answers on a single chart. The result will almost certainly look untidy, but the concentration of lines and the number of times each word is mentioned will indicate the dominant shared view.
Before you go too far into discussing the result (for this may have upset or hurt some people), remind yourselves that we missed out parenthood from the list of stages. For a typical family (rather than an individual) life cycles look as follows:
